The best script in your company is already in a recording. Here is how to turn it into a playbook.
Most sales playbooks are written in a meeting room and go stale in a month. The calls your best reps make every day are a better source, if you can find and reuse them.
Start with outcomes, not opinions. Pick the conversations that moved a deal forward: a stalled customer who agreed to a trial, an objection that turned into a quote. Mark the moment it turned.
Then extract the pattern. What did the rep ask before the customer opened up? How did they handle the price objection? Which next step did they propose, and when? Three or four repeatable moves are worth more than a thirty-page document.
Finally, put it where reps work. A playbook only helps if it shows up before the next call, tied to the stage and the customer in front of them.
booming does the finding and tagging for you: conversations are captured and understood automatically, and strong ones can be saved as examples that new hires can listen to and reuse.
